Are you looking to get involved with some of Nashville’s favorite events? Apply to join the Scene Team and help bring our events to life!
FW Publishing hosts 25+ events each year, and we’re always looking for extra hands to help make each one a success. This is a paid, part-time, hourly position that’s perfect for students, people with full-time jobs, or anyone looking to pick up occasional shifts.
Event work can be fast-paced and hands-on — some shifts may include physically demanding tasks like setting up tents, moving boxes, arranging spaces, and preparing venues. Other responsibilities may include:
Checking tickets and greeting attendees
Helping with event parking
Checking in with vendors
Decorating and event setup
Hanging signage
Assisting with general event needs
No two events are exactly the same, so we’re looking for people who are flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. If you’re someone who’s up for anything and enjoys being part of the action, we’d love to have you on the team!
